Research
We conduct research in the fields of linguistics, literary studies, and computer science, with dedicated strands in language-based as well as text- and heritage-oriented digital humanities. Our linguistics work spans corpus-based and experimental approaches to grammar, meaning, discourse, and variation, together with statistical and neural NLP for multilingual data and language resources. Futhermore, we design open, standards‑based editions, corpora, and tools that link close analysis with computational methods.
